Returns via Päckli Punkt
Dear Customer
The transportation costs of the Päckli Punkt return package are paid by us. Below you will find an instruction how to correctly post the package:
1. The package needs to be appropriately packed in order to avoid transportation damage. Use the original boxes if possible. If you do not have the original packaging anymore, please use something suitable. The package cannot be bigger than 100 x 60 x 60 cm. It's maximum weight is 30 kg.
2. The package should be addressed to the address visible below. The complaint number for the shipment will be given you by the Customer Service.
